Genome-scale language models (GenSLMs) enables you to adapt large language models for genomic data to learn the evolutionary landscape of SARS-CoV-2 genomes. This demo shows the visualization of the sequence log-likelihood (blue bar) and the cross-protein attention (orange lines), generated from the model, for a selected lineage to understand its co-evolutionary patterns.
